Terms & Conditions | A1 STAR
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the A1 STAR mobile application/digital platform and to the packages, products, and services offered by the company.
Before using this app or purchasing any package, users are advised to carefully read these Terms & Conditions.
Use of the app or purchase of any package shall be deemed as the user/customer having read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms without any coercion.
1. Company Information
A1 STAR is a registered service provider organization that offers products, services, offers, and benefits through its digital platform.
2. Package Price & Payment
2.1 The base price of the package is ₹3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only).
2.2 Applicable GST and other statutory taxes/service charges shall be payable separately as per the product or service.
2.3 Payments made once shall be non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the company.
2.4 All payments shall be accepted only through authorized digital payment methods.
3. Signing Bonus (Wallet Benefit)
3.1 Upon purchase of the package, the customer may receive a Signing Bonus ranging from ₹200 to ₹500 in the app wallet, as per company policy.
3.2 This amount may be used only for purchasing products on the company’s platform.
3.3 Wallet balance is non-convertible into cash and non-transferable to any bank account.
4. Welcome Kit
4.1 Each customer shall be provided with a Welcome Kit.
4.2 Upon delivery of the Welcome Kit, the product-based value return process of the package amount shall be deemed to have commenced.
4.3 Under no circumstances shall the package amount be refunded in cash.
5. Cashback Policy
5.1 The company may, at its sole discretion, offer Cashback ranging from 20% to 50% of the package value.
5.2 Cashback shall be usable only as per the conditions and validity period specified by the company.
5.3 Cashback amounts shall not be paid in cash or transferred to any bank account.
6. Gift & Auction Policy
6.1 Customers shall be entitled to participate in auctions organized by the company.
6.2 The Auction Bid amount shall range from ₹99/- to ₹3,999/-, which must be paid in advance.
6.3 Gifts/products shall be awarded only in the case of a Unique and Valid Bid.
6.4 In the event of a Non-Unique Bid, the company shall not be liable to provide any gift.

8. Optional Benefits
8.1 Each customer shall be provided with only one of the following options:
- • Option A: Discount Voucher worth up to ₹3,999/- on products
- • Option B: Discount Voucher worth up to ₹4,999/- on tour packages
8.2 Once selected, the option cannot be changed.
9. User Responsibility
9.1 The customer shall ensure that all information provided on the app is accurate and correct.
9.2 Any dispute arising due to the purchase of a package without reading these Terms shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
9. Delivery
We offer multiple delivery options based on your location. Estimated delivery times are displayed during the order process and in the order confirmation email.
While we strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS. Please note that we are not liable for any inconvenience or distress caused by delivery delays
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.2 All benefits, offers, and services are subject to availability and company policy.
11. Modification of Terms
A1 STAR reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Revised terms shall become effective immediately upon being published on the app.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bokaro.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Final Notice
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this app or purchase any package.
